Many thanks for wanting to help the Tally Ho project!

I am very grateful to have received a lot of emails from people who want to get involved and help out, and right now they all need organising and scheduling. At the moment I am not looking for any more applications. Please do check in on this page periodically to see if anything has changed.

When I am looking for help, I have made a few guidelines to help people know what to expect, and to keep things efficient.

    • I am taking on volunteers for a minimum of 6 weeks.

    • However, the 1st week will be a “no pressure” period – if for any reason the arrangement is not working, either you or I can call it off without any hard feelings.

    • I will provide accommodation and basic meals. You will need to arrange your own transportation to and from Sequim, WA.

    • Some woodworking skills would be useful, or at least some practical or technical experience.

    • We work at least 6 days a week, 9am to 6pm. There will be a lot of woodwork, but also plenty of other jobs, some menial. Being willing to pitch in with cooking and cleaning would also be nice.

    • You will be required to sign a disclaimer on arrival.
