Along the way, I do a stress test on the 28’ long beams by parking a vehicle over each end, and jacking up the middle with a 20 ton bottlejack. I just have some suggestions about how you can get those beam clamps into the boat.
First, since they will be extremely long if you bolt/glue them together, I think it would be easier to hoist them up separately before you bolt /glue them together. Smaller pieces will be easier to handle.
Second, since you do have a fork lift, you can lift them up to the level of the cross beams connecting your boat ribs. Then you can slide them off the forks, and use rollers to roll them onto the cross beams, on both the starboard and port sides. Rollers are easy to build out of PVC pipe, with end caps and metal electrical conduit for the axle. Once the beam sections are up on those cross beams, then you can bolt /glue them together.
